Senior Team Leader/Team Leader - Banquet (5 days)

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide service to day-to-day catering and meeting events in line with event order and meeting rundown in a smooth and helpful manner;
• Co-ordinate with catering sales, chefs and technicians to provide quality service to banquet clients to enhance customer satisfactions and wonderful dining experience;
• Anticipate guest needs, take an extra mile to assist guest to overcome any unforeseen problem during the event or wedding party;
• Maintain the quality hygiene standard and ensure all health and safety measures are fully followed;
• Reinstate event venue, meeting facilities and banquet storeroom after the end of function and ensure all facilities are in excellent condition;
• Willing to perform occasional extend shift and assist outlet or restaurant operations in case of need

Requirements

• At least 2-5 years relevant experience in hotel, catering service or large F&B group;
• Fast response, detail mind and service oriented with formal training in table serving and food hygiene preferably;
• Good command of oral English, knowledge of Putonghua would also be an advantage;
• Knowledge of Computer software and experience in operating AV system is preferably;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Team Leader;
