Assistant Pastry Chef / Chef de Partie (Pastry)

Job Description:

• Responsible for the pastry food production, preparation and presentation
• Maintain quality and presentation standards set by the Pastry Chef / Head Chef

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-8 years’ relevant experience in luxury hotels / restaurants required
• Self-motivated, creative, independent and organized
• Good working knowledge in food display and ingredient planning
• Good in Hygiene knowledge
• Good communication in Chinese and English
• Hard working, enthusiastic, clean and reliable personality
