RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming calls and coordinate with housekeeping team and other departments
- Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, data entry and filing
- Assist Floor Supervisor to allocate job orders to Room Attendant
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certificate holder in Hospitality or related field
- 1 year working experience in hotel or customer service industry will be preferred
- Customer oriented with good telephone manner and communication skills
- Good command of Cantonese and English
- Good in PC application
- Working shift: 8:00am-6:00pm or 8:30am-6:30pm
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
