Guest Service Officer

Responsibilities:

• Carry out check-in/check-out service in professional manner
• Handle enquires and resolve complaints
• Ensure guest satisfaction with service excellence

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• 2 years or above guest service experience gained from hotel front desk
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Cheerful with positive attitude and willing to learn
• Willing to work on shift (0700-16:00 & 15:00-00:00) and on public holidays

(Candidate with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered for Guest Service Agent)
