Job Summary:
- Work to increase revenue, grow market share and develop a compelling booking journey that drive customers’ bookings towards the hotel’s direct online booking channels
- Implement marketing activations and promotional offers / packages on owned and third party electronic channels, such as Marriott.com, OTAs, meta search sites, search engines, multi-lingual global sites and other distribution channels
- Monitor and ensure rate parity throughout all distribution channels
- Monitor and manage to ensure the hotel information are updated in all distribution channels
- Develop close relations with vendors of distribution channels and e-commerce tools to obtain business opportunities and market information
- Prepare timely reports of traffic and revenue driven from different distribution channels for marketing evaluation
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years related working experience in the hotel or related industry
- Knowledge on digital marketing and reservations is a must, and Opera PMS is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with analytical and forecasting competency
- Self-motivated and well-organised with a high focus on details; good team player
- Degree/Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related discipline
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
