Learning & Development Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Director of Learning & Quality to design and deliver training programmes that fit hotel needs in terms of customer service, operations efficiency and business requirement
  • Implement learning and development policies and training plans to achieve established KPIs
  • Actively monitor training progress, establish training goals, and derive & execute monitoring mechanism to ensure 100% adherence
  • Administer training subsidies, incentive programs, staff training records, Management Trainee Program, CSR report for HR and Learning & Development Team
  • Responsible for preparation of staff communications materials including Daily Newsletter, Notice Board, Email Blast and Staff Communication

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development field preferably in hospitality or related industry industry
  • Hands-on experience of MS office applications
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Agile learner, target-orientated, multitasking and able to work under pressure
  • A proactive team player with strong initiative and a passion for people
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
