Assistant Technical Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Director of Engineering in handling documents such as licences, tendering and procurement
• Keep close monitoring on expenditure progress and prepare departmental budgets for management review
• Lead and supervise the Technical team and external contractors to comply with safety rules and regulations
• Manage engineering maintenance operations, including maintaining physical plants and energy conservation
• Maintain track records for all building services, equipment, parts, supplies and work attendance records, and raise maintenance requests accordingly

Job Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma holder or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, building surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience of which 2 years of experience at a supervisory level, preferably from the hospitality or related service industry
• Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
