Waiter/ Waitress– Chinese Restaurant / Japanese Restaurant (5-Day Work Week)

Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and high service standard in the station assigned
• Accommodates guests’ needs or request
• Maintain all operating equipment are clean at all time
• Clean replenishes supplies, arrange service stations, clean and polishes chinaware, trolleys and fold napkins
• Remove soiled dishes, dirty plates, glasses from service station to dish- washing area
• Performs related functions as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 1 - 2 years relevant service experience, preferably in hotel or catering industry
• Pleasant and courteous personality
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
