Responsibilities:
- Present menus and explain the menu items to guests, offer suggestions, take guest orders
- Ensure all food & beverage orders are served in a timely manner
- In charge of the section assigned
- Maintain a smooth and efficient daily operation at the restaurant
- Properly and accurately close guest checks and process payments
- Provide support to Head Bartender in coordinating a variety of activities such as hiring and training of staff, arranging schedules and guests requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma in food & beverage operations or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in hospitality, catering or related professional area
- Sound operational and supervisory knowledge and experience
- Mature, outgoing, presentable with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
*Less experience will be considered as Bartender*
