Guest Service Manager
Hotel Pravo
- Responsible for supervision of the daily check-in, check-out, reservations and other tasks of guest services staff
- Arrange normal work and rest schedules for guest service staff
- Deal with customer requirements, inquiries and complaints.
- Manage the invoice, cash receipt and payment as well as accounting of receivables with integrity and ensure that all records are accurate.
- To ensure the full implementation of guest service and crisis management policies and procedures, as well as doing necessary administration, reports and handling of incidents according to the actual situation of the property.
