Catering Sales Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist catering sales team to handle all guest issues and enquiries in a professional manner
  • Prepare and coordinate banquet event orders across departments to meet guests’ expectations
  • Ensure all assigned accounts’ information is accurate and updated regularly
  • Develop good relationship with potential guests and accounts
  • Provide support to the team in office administration and at trade fairs if needed

 

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

  • Diploma holder or above, preferably with educational background in hospitality studies
  • Ideally with 1-year experience in sales or/and customer service field, fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge and able to work independently
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills and outgoing
  • Well organized and detail-minded
  • Excellent command in both spoken & written English & Chinese
