Job Summary

• Perform all duties at reception including check-in/out, process of payment and reports handling
• Respond to guest requests and ensure fulfillment of thier needs
• Supply guests with information regarding property amenities, services, room features, and local areas of interest and activities

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• A team player with outgoing personalities
• Passionate and service oriented 
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
