Sales Manager (Business Development)

Responsibilities:

• Responible for Key Account Service Support and Operation Management
• Focus on implementation of stock return projects and POSM changeover projects in Key Account Channels
• Develop and explore new sales channels and other business opportunities
• Formulate and implement sales & marketing plans and strategies, identifies the need for new sales prospects
• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to Brand Ambassadors for daily operation and promotion campaigns in Key Account channels
• Formulate POSM (Visual Merchandising) guidelines and lead the field sales team to follow it to ensure smooth operations
• Responible for POSM installation of new store opening
• Maintain the housekeeping of all POSM materials in an efficient manner
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Degree or above
• At least 5 years working experience in FMCG industry, of which minimum 2 years experience in supervisory level
• Strong MS application skills, Word (Mail Merge), Chinese word-processing, especially MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot table etc.) and PowerPoint
• Fluent written English and Chinese, Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Self-motivated, well-organized, strong problem solving and leadership skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced working environment
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is preferable
• Candidates who hold driving license category no. 2 will have an advantage
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Sales Supervisor
