About the role:

A Housekeeping Team Leader is an essential part of our team in helping to ensure our high standards are consistently and discretely maintained. Skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions, you will be responsible for ensuring the impeccable appearance and cleanliness of our Club, together with our Housekeeping Manager. This is a unique role in a global brand development journey offering you the opportunity to be an integral part of an exciting pre-opening project in Hong Kong – and we’d love to have you on-board!
What you need to have:
- An expert understanding of cleaning methods and operational equipment
- Good communication skills – this is a collaborative role so you must be confident in speaking with your fellow Associates!
- A positive attitude, with an independent, proactive mindset and an innate ability to multitask
What you will do:
- Maintain the impeccable appearance and cleanliness of the Club
- Oversee the daily operations and monitoring the progress of work to ensure on-time completion according to established standards, including but not limited to Room, Public Area and Uniform & Linen.
- Liaise with respective department to resolve complaints concerning cleaning and maintenance quality of guest suites
- Be comfortable working “behind the scenes” alongside a friendly and ambitious team who are passionate about delivering an exceptional Member experience
