The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong is currently hiring a Host / Hostess (Ozone / The Lounge & Bar).

Job Summary

• Perform reception duties including but not limited to managing table reservations and answering email & phone enquiries
• Greet guests and escort them to the tables
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests
• Ensure service standards are met and in compliance with hotel's brand values

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferably in hotel industry
• A team player with outgoing personalities
• Passionate and service oriented 
• Good command of spoken Chinese and English
