Job Summary

• Interacts with other catering associates, customers and guests, vendors and suppliers.
• Demonstrates knowledge of all departments within the property
• Communicates group needs to various departments within the property
• Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels (e.g., Event Booking Center, Market Sales, Strategic Accounts) to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicative.

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related disciplines
• 1 year of relevant experience preferably in hotel industry
• A team player with good communications skills
• Organized, independent & self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
