Develop and implement all sales strategies to respective market segment and drives cross-selling target for all hotel properties as a part of COE Sales functions
Identify potential accounts with aim to achieve the budgeted revenues e through added business volume
Closely monitor account revenue and business production for responsible MICE accounts
Conduct all the sales related activities and maintains excellent relationship with existing accounts and solicits new business
Reviews direct competition offers/strategies and ensures complete awareness of competitors’ activities at all times
Job Requirements:
Degree / Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management or related discipline
Minimum 5 years related in MICE sales experience
Excellent command in both written & spoken English & Chinese
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, goal-driven and able to realize sales opportunities
