Membership Sales Manager

What You'll Do

• Reporting to the General Manager, play a key role in leading and overseeing the Membership department to implement strategic membership, sales, and marketing plans to generate revenue
• Develop and execute effective membership sales strategies for membership recruitment and retention
• Manage other functions, including GC Meeting, AGM and Club-level projects
• Maintain and update membership database and ensure data accuracy
• Review and revamp the membership rules and regulations in accordance with Club policies
• Formulate and develop events for members and deliver desired business results
• Provide timely and accurate sales and membership forecasts and targets
• Conduct monthly data analysis for management review

What You'll Need

• Degree holder in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Business, Sales & Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in hospitality industry, preferably in luxury club or hotel
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good business acumen and innovative with a passion to drive for continuous improvement in customer service and business performance
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications including Excel, Word & PowerPoint, and English & Chinese word processing
• A good team player with excellent customer services, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and able to work independently under pressure
• Well-organised, attentive, precise, self-motivated with good time management
