Essential duties and responsibilities

• Provide our guests with unparalleled hospitality, from an effortless arrival and departure experience in a gracious and polite manner
• Serve food & beverage to VIP guests with excellent customer services in accordance to hotel standards.
• Assist to ensure a smooth operation and achieve a high level of customer service within the restaurant
• Update the guest preference, feedback and comments on to the guest profile section

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel in similar capacity or in Food & Beverage service (fresh graduates with related internship experience are also considered)
• Commit and passionate in delivering personalized guest service, anticipatory with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is an advantage
