Responsibilities

  • Provide professional services at the Front Desk in accordance with the company policies and procedures
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures in an efficient manner
  • Handle general enquires and complaints to ensure guest’s satisfaction
  • Assist in room reservation to maximize room revenue and occupancy
  • Build up and maintain good relationship with the guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor when necessary

Requirements

  • Certificate in Hospitality, Hotel Management or related discipline
  • Self-motivated, service oriented and able to work under pressure
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
