Floor Supervisor 房務督導

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures in relation to bedroom, bathroom, valet, cleaning, and linen service
• Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all housekeeping systems
• Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift handover is completed
• Perform room allocations and room inspections
• Liaise with Front Office and Engineering Department for both guest and hotel requirements
• Co-ordinate special projects (e.g. site rooms, pest control, window and carpet cleaning, room inventories)
• Maintains records and storage of all lost and found items
• Manage storage areas

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

• Form 6 or above
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity
• Responsible, well organized, strong leadership skill and a good team player
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, capability in English would be an advantage
• Experience in operating housekeeping equipment and basis knowledge of chemicals

相關經驗及資歷要求

• 中六程度或以上
• 最少一年房務管理經驗，有類似規模的酒店工作經驗更佳
• 具備責任心、有條理、領導能力和良好的團隊合作精神
• 良好中文讀寫及說話能力，良好英語能力更佳
• 具備操作房務工具的經驗和化學品的基礎知識
