Handle customer enquiry and promote company product and service
處理客戶電話查詢, 及介紹公司產品服務
Handle and support administrative work including data entry, filing, etc.
處理及支援一般文書工作包括資料輸入、存檔等
Handle ad hoc assignments as required
處理部門主管委派的工作
Requirements入職要求
Customer Services relevant experiences is preferred
客戶服務工作的相關經驗為佳
Proficiency in both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
良好中文(廣東話及普通話)及英文
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated,
able to work independently
具良好溝通能力、客戶服務技巧,積極主動,能獨立工作
Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing (MUST)
熟悉電腦操作(MS Word, Excel)及中文打字 (倉頡/速成)
Immediately available is preferred
