Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily restaurant operations by liaising with Head Chefs.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Service, operational prowess, taking the brand to a new level and upkeeping it
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Implement company policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager for 5 years, less experienced ones will be considered for Assistant Manager or below
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- In-depth service skills with ability to train wait staff on service standards
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
