Store Officer

We are looking for a Store Officer based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Store Officer, we rely on you to:

• Prepare in store inventory for audit
• Be thoroughly familiar with all spare parts requirements and specifications for all equipment installed in hotel
• Store and monitor the expensive equipments for the use of engineering staff
• Prepare purchase requests and follow up
• Keep accurate record of all material transactions through the computerized stores control system
• Keep the store room clean
• 準備倉庫貨存以作審核
• 清楚酒店内所有器材的零件要求及規格
• 保存並看管貴重器材的使用，以備工程部使用
• 採購並跟進訂單
• 於電腦系統準確地記錄所有交易
• 保持倉庫整潔

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 1 year of related working experience
• Able to work under pressure
• 最少一年相關工作經驗
• 能於壓力下工作
