Polytechnic University Staff Club - Team Leader / Receptionist / Waiter / Waitress

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous, professional and efficient Food & Beverage service such as preparing and serving of food and beverage at staff club and events held
• Ensure the preparation and quality of food, beverage and service provided are consistently maintained
• Continuously keep and improve food and beverage service quality consistency high and ensure the restaurant is cleaned and well maintained according to the required standards

Job Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experiences in Food & Beverage Operations in an establishment with service standard pitched at deluxe level, preferably with pre opening experience
• Higher Diploma in related discipline
• Excellent presentation, counseling and presentation skills
• Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and preferably Putonghua
