Responsibilities:

• Welcome and bid farewell guests at the hotel entrance with the highest degree of Peninsula standard at all times
  遵照酒店的服務標準，於酒店入口歡迎及歡送客人
• Assists with the guests’ baggage when required
  有需要時，協助客人搬運行李
• Provides efficient and personalized service to guests and caters to any special requests

Requirements:

• Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  能操流利英文、普通話、中文
• Excellent customer interaction skills
