Chief Engineer (5-day work week + 17 days Public Holidays + 8 working hours per day)

- Oversee the whole engineering/maintenance operations of the hotel

- Plan and implement preventive maintenance program

- Adherence to all statutory regulations and safety standards

- Liaise with outside contractors to ensure the good quality of service 

- Prepare yealry budget, monthly & annual reports

- Monitor the job performance to Engineering staff members
