We are looking for a Public Area Supervisor / Public Area Supervisor - Overnight based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Public Area Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Coordinates and supervises all subordinates in the Public Areas, to ensure proper completion of all tasks
• Maintains public areas and heart of the house areas in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the Hotel
• Controls all equipment and supplies issued and returns
• Maintains par stock on all supplies and parts
• Takes monthly inventory of all chemicals, supplies and equipment
• 協調並監督所有公衆地方清潔員， 以確保正確完成所有工作
• 根據酒店政策、標準及指示，維持公衆地方及酒店範圍整潔
• 控制機器及補給品的發出及歸還
• 確保補給品的存貨量足夠
• 記錄清潔劑、補給品及機器的每月貨存

We are looking for someone who has:

• Certificate in examination of education or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years experiences in an international class hotel
• Able to converse, read and write English
• Knowledge of Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willingness to work in various work shifts, including overnight dutues, by rotation

• 能夠以英文對話，並閲讀和書寫英文
• 能夠以廣東話及普通話溝通
• 願意輪班輪休工作，包括通宵更
