Responsibilities: 

  • Assists the Executive Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen.
  • Takes over all duties of the Executive Chef during absence.
  • Active involved in the preparation of food production.
  • Follows standard recipes.
  • Keeps high standards of hygiene and maintenance of kitchen utensils and equipment.
  • Ensures every thing is set up proper for food service.
  • Reports daily to the Executive Chef on operational matters
