2nd Fryer - Cafe Kool and In-Room Dining Kitchen

We are looking for a 2nd Fryer - Cafe Kool and In-Room Dining Kitchen based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a 2nd Fryer, we rely on you to:

• Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in their respective kitchen, according to the standards required by the management
• Co-ordinate, in detail on the food production, and all specific duties to all employees under your supervision
• Responsible for the correct timing during service and to ensure that food served is always of the highest standards
• Constantly check the quality of food prepared with regard to taste and temperature
• Insist on a uniform visual appearance of all dishes prepared. Presentation and garnish must be prepared according to standards
   

We are looking for someone who has:

• Possesses relevant work experience; preferably in Chinese and Asian Styles
• Demonstrates teamwork
• Possesses knowledge of sanitation standards
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
• Able to work under pressure
