Commis (5-days work week) 初級廚師(五天工作週)

Responsibilities 職責:
•Responsible for cold and hot dishes, desserts
 負責製作冷、熱盤及甜品
•Responsible for kitchen operations and cleaning
 負責廚房日常營運工作及清潔
•Maintain food quality and high standards of kitchen hygiene awareness 
 維持食物質素及保持高水準的廚房衛生意識

Requirements 要求:
•At least 2 years' working experience in Western kitchen
  最少須具備2年或以上的西廚工作經驗
• Good in hygiene knowledge
  良好的衛生知識
•Self motivated, well organized, reliable and willing to learn 
  主動，良好組織能力，有責任感和願意學習
•Positive attitude and good team player
  具備積極態度和熱愛團隊合作精神

Working location: Ma Wan (Park Island)
工作地點：馬灣 (珀麗灣)

Monthly Salary 每月薪金:

$17,000 - $17,500
