Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the front desk to ensure the highest standard of guest service is extended to all the guests
  • Ensure front office staff provides guests with prompt service, professional attention and personal recognition
  • Oversees effective operation of guest recognition programme
  • Follow up guest comments, compliments, and complaints with adequate communication to relevant departments
     

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management
  • 6 years of Hotel Front office experience
  • Strong communication, decision-making and leadership skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
