Job Summary

• Oversee overall front desk operations and manage the staff performance 
• Resolve any guest related situation, compliants and grievances in a professional and timely manner to exceed their expectations
• Organize and conduct training to the front desk team in deliver high-quality customer services. 
• Build up and maintain a good relationship with guest

Job Requirement

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of front desk experience in Hotel, preferably in a managerial or supervisory position
• Pleasant, service-oriented and excellent communications skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
