Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager to oversee the restaurant operation's efficiency, execute strategies to achieve company goals & sales target
• Provide excellent floor service and interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Train, assist and guide subordinate with passion, patience and dedication
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness are maintained according to required standards

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level;
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills; &
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
