Assistant Cost Control Officer

What You’ll Do

• Maintain food & beverage costs within budget and optimize profit
• Prepare daily and monthly costing reports for management review
• Assist in monthly inventory stock taking and prepare relevant reports
• Update and post price in POS and Procurement system
• Provide administration support for Accounts Department

What You’ll Need

• Higher Diploma holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-year relevant experience, preferably in luxury club, hotel or catering industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (MS Excel & Word)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• High accuracy at work
• Good team player with “can-do" attitude, self-motivated and well-organised
