Senior Property Manager 高級物業經理

Responsibilities

• Responsible for one of the Property Management Operation Teams in the company
• Lead and supervise the day-to-day management operation of a portfolio of buildings / developments
• Monitor and supervise his/her team members and give advice on all matters relating to building management including building security, cleaning, repair and maintenance, complaints, budget, DMC and BMO
• Attend meetings of Management Committee of Incorporated Owners and Owners’ meetings
• Build up and maintain good relationship with clients
• Assist in business marketing

Requirements

• Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License is preferred
• Member of HKIH / CIH or RPHM or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
• At least 10 years’working experience in residential and commercial property management with 5 years managerial level experience
• Conversant with Building Management Ordinance, DMC and/ or related ordinances
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and reasonable command of English
• Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing
• Strong communication skills and leadership abilities
• High EQ, mature and able to work under pressure
• Degree in Property Management or related disciplines an advantage
