Property Officer/ Senior Property Officer ($25-27K)

Job Responsibilities:

• To supervise the cleaning, repair and maintenance service provided to all residents within the service areas and daily property management issues.
• To resolve complaints and enquiries of the tenants.
• To patrol the estate to identify matters that need to be brought to the Property Managers’ attention.
• Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above, Preferably in property management or related
• Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) Licence is required
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property/facility management
• Proficient in Chinese and English work processing and PC knowledge in MS applications
• Good command of written and spoken of Chinese and English
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Immediately available is preferred
