Assistant Event Manager / Event Executive

We are a supplier in the local and regional exhibition/events industry - we pride ourselves on providing our clients with quality products and services, and being proactive, innovative and detail-orientated.

We offer a stimulating, flexible working environment and are looking for a self-motivated, organised individual with the right character to integrate and develop with our talented team.

About You:

  • Higher Certificate/Diploma (or above) in Arts/Events & Exhibitions/Stage Management/Building Studies or other related disciplines.
  • At least five years experience, including project management, with a minimum of two years at the managerial level (Applicants with less experience can be considered for the Event Executive role).
  • Experience in Events & Exhibitions is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Applicants are expected to develop their English and Mandarin skills in their career with us.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to undertake occasional travel.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
