Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong, located at 167 Connaught Road West, Hong Kong is hiring a Concierge Agent.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for all Concierge activities, include but not limit to handle guest enquiries, guest mail, guest message and delievery to guest floors
• Accommodate all possible guest requests and maintain the highest level of service at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements include:

• Proactive, service-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous hotel related working experience is preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Concierge Agent
