Front Office Officer

We are looking for a Front Office Officer based at JEN Hong Kong by Shangri-La!

As a Front Office Officer, we rely on you to:

  • Ensures all interactions with guests are handled professionally
  • Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Perform cashiering functions efficiently

 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Higher Diploma in Hotel Management or equvialent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in service industry, preferably in Hotel, Clubhouse or airline operations
  • Self-motivated and well-organized
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Customer oriented, good communications skills and outgoing personality is advantage
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
