Assistant/Housekeeping Supervisor (5 days work)

Responsibilities

• 5 Days Work Week
• Supervise the day-to-day operation and ensure service standard are followed
• Ensure the guest services and cleanliness of guestrooms
• Coach the Room Attendants on daily duties to ensure smooth operation
• Need to coordinate with the out-sourced company for arranging job tasks of Public Area and Guestroom

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken in English and Chinese. Putonghua knowledge would be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Floor Supervisor
