Job Responsibilities
- Assist a smooth operation
- Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and food handling practices to deliver optimal quality of product to guests
- Monitor all aspects of daily operations of the restaurant and control its provide exceptional dining experience to customers
- Provide friendly and quality service in our restaurant
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years managerial experience in fine dining restaurant, French Restaurant experience is preferred
- Well presented and presents a positive, friendly image
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
- Ability to work in a team environment, create courteous, friendly and professional work environment
- Good time management skill and willingness to work flexible shifts and hours
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
