Job Responsibilities

  • Assist a smooth operation
  • Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and food handling practices to deliver optimal quality of product to guests
  • Monitor all aspects of daily operations of the restaurant and control its provide exceptional dining experience to customers
  • Provide friendly and quality service in our restaurant

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years managerial experience in fine dining restaurant, French Restaurant experience is preferred
  • Well presented and presents a positive, friendly image
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
  • Ability to work in a team environment, create courteous, friendly and professional work environment
  • Good time management skill and willingness to work flexible shifts and hours
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
