Contract System Specialist (6 Months)

We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Procurement and Costing system upgrade project
• Drives and coordinates system implementation, data migration, testing and UAT
• Assists with troubleshooting and technical support after system move
• Collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition

Requirements:

• 5 years' relevant experience preferably in the hotel industry 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Birchstreet system and SAP system would be an advantage
