Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management and operation of Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping and Information & Information & Telecommunications System
• Implements the customer recognition/service program, communicating and ensuring the process
• Interacts with customers on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction
• Perform regular review of SOPs to ensure that all policies and audit are fully complied
• Manage team performance by providing supervision and professional development, counselling and coaching

Requirements: 

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years hotel related experience in management position
• Excellent leadership skill with strong communication ability 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and fluent in Mandarin speaking
• Strong analytical skills with good business sense
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Director of Rooms
