Murray Ambassador (Full Time/Part Time)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure hotel is well represented at the Hotel Lobby, to greet and assist guests at all times
• Responsible for offering guests information on the happenings, dining, clubbing and shopping in the city
• Support and drive personal shopping program and offer insider tips that will always be customised, bespoke and personal
• Assist at the Concierge counter and ensure all guest requests met with satisfaction
• Conduct hotel tour for hotel guests

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work shift
• Proactive, detail-minded with pleasant personality
