Customer Service Consultant

✧ 7 day-offs per month

✧ 25 days paid holiday

✧ Salary Range: up to $35000 or more if achieving KPI target

Duties:

• Provide wedding gown fitting service and work closely with tailors for alterations
• Assist with wedding planning & execution
• Previous event planning experience is an asset
• Communicate with customers to plan & arrange photo shooting
• Post-shooting coordination, including liaising with customers and photographers to follow up photo related issues, manage albums and frames production

Requirements:

• Possess strong customer service skills
• DSE or above discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Sales / Customer Service industry
• Knowledge in wedding gown and fitting is preferable.
• Experience working in wedding/ banquet industry is highly preferred
• Good communication skill and can work independently under pressure
• Obedient and follow company guidelines and rules
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese & Mandarin, Good command of written and spoken English
