Events Sales Manager (3 - 6 months Contract)

We are looking for an Events Sales Manager based at The Aberdeen Marina Club! 

As an Events Sales Manager, we rely on you to:

• Manages all incoming groups and events inquiries
• Responsible for sales negotiating, closing the business and signing sales contracts
• Maximizes up-selling opportunities whenever possible and follows the guidelines as set by the club
• Maintain good relationship and strengthen guest retention through regular sales activities
• Handle the coordination of high profile groups as appropriate including meetings, incentives and conferences
• Fully equipped with F&B knowledge so as to offer the best arrangements for guests

We are looking for someone who has:

• Degree holder in Hotel & Catering Management or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years' events sales experience in hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Mature with positive thinking and guest oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese word processing and Delphi
• Well-versed in both written and spoken English and Chinese
