Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate / Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent retail experience and be accountable for sales results
• Build the relationship with new Consumers/Customers
• Provide excellent customer services and shopping experience
• Maintain customer database and update client on new products and promotion campaign

Requirements:

• Non-degree tertiary or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 1- 3 years retail sales experience, preferable in fashion brands or designer shoe brands
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
