Assistant Restaurant Manager (Cucina)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily supervision of restaurant operations and the team to ensure guest experience aligns with the brand standards
  • Keep awareness of market trend, practice and equipment in the up-market restaurant and bar operations and catering establishment
  • Strive for continuous improvement on the service standard, product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, standards and procedures including but not limited to Food Safety & Hygiene aspect
  • Determine and implement departmental trainings for the team to continually improve guest and team’s satisfaction
  • Exposure in Michelin-starred and Forbes awarded restaurants is a definite advantage

Requirements

  • Tertiary education in Hospitality or Catering Management
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar capacity of supervisory level
  • Be innovative and passionate to strive for service excellence
  • Good leadership and problem solving skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
