Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors at front desk with great manner;
Responsible for office administrative duties including facilities maintenance, stationery & pantry supplies, etc;
Pick up telephone calls in a professional manner;
Handle conference room reservations and scheduling;
Provide basic clerical and administrative support;
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Administration Manager.
Requirements:
DSE or above, pleasant and cheerful with minimum 1 year working experience;
Good interpersonal and communications skills;
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, know Chinese Word Processing would be advantage;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Mandarin is a MUST;
Organized, self-motivated and a good team player.
